Domain 5 standards outline South Spencer professional expectations for all teachers in the areas of attendance, adherence to policies and procedures, and respect for students, colleagues, parents/guardians, and community members.
These areas are not set up as a rubric, but rather as an expectations of all teaching professionals.
Effective:
Individual has not demonstrated a pattern of unexcused absences (Absences that are in violation of procedures set forth by local school policy and by the relevant collective bargaining agreement)
Effective:
Individual has not demonstrated a pattern of unexcused late arrivals or early departures (late arrivals/early departures that are in violation of procedures set forth by local school policy and by the relevant collective bargaining agreement)
Effective:
Individual demonstrates a pattern of following state, corporation, and school policies and procedures (e.g. procedures for submitting discipline referrals, policies for appropriate attire, etc)
Effective:
Individual demonstrates a pattern of interacting with students, colleagues, parents/guardians, and community members in a respectful manner.
