There shall be NO REGISTRATION FEE and No PUBLICATION FEE AS WELL for this Conference. Free Registration. Authors can present their papers Online Free of Cost, Publish in Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering (Springer Nature) and Listen to Keynote Speakers and Other Presentations as well at absolutely free of cost !!

PUBLICATION

The Conference Papers after due Review will be published in the Scopus Indexed, "Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering" (Springer Nature Book Series with ISSN: 2195 - 4356). Only those papers presented during the Conference alone, will be considered for the Publication process. All the papers taken up for publication will undergo a rigorous Scrutiny for Plagiarism in our Plagiarism checker software. Post qualifying the plagiarism check, the papers shall be sent by the respective Editors to Two Reviewers for a blind Review. The comments and recommendations received by the Editors shall be conveyed to the respective Authors for their Revision and submission for a second review. The second review shall be similar to the first review. Post the successful second review the decision of "Final Acceptance" of the papers shall be made by the respective Editors and the same shall be conveyed to Authors. After Acceptance, it is the responsibility of the Authors to Organize the paper as per the Format specified by Springer Nature. It is Only after proper formatting that the respective papers be sent to the Journal Office for their Final Publication Approval. We call that as Camera-Ready papers. Authors have to exercise utmost care while preparing the camera-ready papers. Any non-conformance shall lead to rejection of the papers. For the benefit of the Authors, the Conference Organizers have formed an Author Support & Services for the Final Formatting of the accepted papers conforming to Springer's manuscript guidelines. Interested Authors can avail the facility at a nominal cost. The cost shall be conveyed to authors on a case to case basis as this is only optional. Note that this cost is no way connected to the Conference as this Conference is Fully Free and there are NO Registration/Publication charges involved.
