This directory is more than a list of names. It’s a window into the people and organizations that make up the Student Success Network. It’s here to help you discover who’s doing what, where, and how you might work together to strengthen youth-centered, equity-driven work across our city.
Search and filter by target population, population served, primary focus area, and school partnerships.
Each profile gives you a snapshot of who they are and how they work. Look for:
Who They Are
Who They Serve
How They Partner With Schools
Point of Contact Information
Collaboration starts with a conversation. Here are a few easy openers you can adapt:
“We also work with underrepresented youth. Would you be open to a quick 20-minute chat to compare outreach strategies and share curriculum resources?”
“We’re planning a youth-led mental health series. Are you interested in co-designing a session?”
“We’re exploring a referral pilot for paid internships. Interested in testing a handoff process together?”
As you connect, keep these best practices in mind:
Resource fairly: If collaboration takes time, plan for stipends or shared funding.
Share back: Let partners know what you learned and what changed because of it.
Respect contact info: Use only for mission-aligned collaboration. NO unsolicited sales or mailing list adds without permission.
Up-to-date information helps the right people find you.
