Improvement Skill Workshops

Improvement Skill Workshops break down continuous improvement into discrete tools and skills. Our goal is to strengthen practitioner and organizational improvement capacities so they are better able to collect meaningful data and use it to improve. Our workshops are interactive, virtual spaces with opportunities to learn from and with others in the network.

Previous topics include: Navigating School + Student Data, Alumni Focus Groups, Survey Design, Introduction to Continuous Improvement, Telling Your Data Story, Qualitative Data Analysis and more.
