Welcome Second Grade Families! I just completed my 26th year of teaching!  25 of those years have been here in the Sheffield-Sheffield Lake City Schools.  This will be my fourth year in 2nd grade and I previously taught first grade for 16 years here at Knollwood.  I have 3 children  of my own; 2 boys in college and my daughter is in high school.   My family and I are sports fans and we enjoy rooting for Cleveland sports teams.   I always strive to be the type of teacher I would want for my own children 😊

Your child will use a Take Home Binder which should travel back and forth to school each day.  Please make sure to check it nightly for homework and important information from myself or the office. Students will also be responsible for  writing their homework in their planner each day.  Both the binder and planner will come home nightly.

Water bottles are welcome and encouraged! Please label your child's water bottle with their name. Students are able to fill/refill their water bottle at school.
