Care Solace

Daybreak Health

Daybreak Health is the leading virtual counseling platform for teens ages 12 - 19 with mild to moderate social, emotional, or behavioral issues. They have a team of over 25+ LMFTs and LCSWs who specialize in working with youth and are able to treat a broad range of areas including: anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, identity or sexual development.

They partner with schools and districts across California to provide an integrated program and rapid access to high quality virtual counseling (up to 12 teletherapy sessions plus messaging), as well as virtual trainings, an online screener, and regular check-ins with school teams.
