Graduation

Graduates are not required to get vaccinations. However, they are highly encouraged.

The Moose Lodge will be hosting a breakfast on Friday, June 10 for all graduates. The breakfast is free-of-charge. The Moose has asked for our assistance in finding parent and guardian volunteers. Contact Yvonne White at ryekwhite4@gmail.com to volunteer.

Photos will be taken by a professional photographer. The Springfield School District will provide a package of these professional photos free of charge to each graduate’s family. (Families may opt to pay additionally to increase their package). However, to ensure fairness and distancing, no guests are allowed to leave their seats for photographs.

Caps and gowns have been ordered based upon information students and families provided on the Jostens wesbite. If you or your student did not order, we will order to the best of our ability and your student will owe $24 when they receive the gown. Students will receive caps and gowns on Arch Day.

Arch Day has always been about three things:

1. Seniors reveling in one last hurrah at SHS;

2. Students saying goodbye to their teachers; and

3. Students being cheered for their success on their last day of High School.
