Tiger Time Assistant
Are you a high school student looking for a flexible, fun job during the school year with the opportunity to work more during school breaks and summer? Join our team as a Tiger Time Assistant!

In this role, you’ll help supervise children, assist with running fun games and activities, and support the senior staff in creating a positive, safe, and engaging environment for all. We’re looking for responsible, energetic individuals who enjoy working with kids and are excited to learn new skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Help Lead Fun Activities: Assist in running creative games, arts & crafts, and exciting outdoor activities. You’ll be part of the fun, helping kids learn and grow while they play!

• Support a Positive Environment: Be a friendly face, helping kids feel safe, supported, and encouraged throughout the day. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere.

• Team Up with Fellow Assistants: Work alongside other awesome teens, share ideas, and help each other out. Collaboration is key, and we believe in having fun together while supporting each other!

• Keep Kids Safe & Happy: Help supervise children, ensuring they’re having fun, staying safe, and following the daily schedule. You’ll be there to ensure the kids are happy and healthy.

• Learn New Skills: Gain valuable experience in teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. You’ll develop skills that will help you both now and in any future career!
