We are hiring Tiger Time Assistants! A Tiger Time Assistant must be at least 15 years old.

About the Role

As a Tiger Time Assistant, you will help create a fun, safe, and supportive environment for children in our childcare program. You will work alongside staff to lead activities, support daily routines, and help children feel welcomed and engaged throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children and help ensure their safety at all times

• Lead or assist with games, arts and crafts, and other age-appropriate activities

• Support children in following daily routines and program expectations

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment

• Serve as a positive role model by showing respect, patience, and responsibility
