Tiger Time Assistant: This position is for High School students looking for minimal hours during the school year (under 25 per week) and increased hours during school breaks and summer. A Tiger Time Assistant is responsible for supervising children as well as helping to facilitate games and activities as directed by senior staff. Applicants must be at least 15 years old. Tiger Time Assistants will be held to our Tiger Time organization standards and policies. 

Tiger Time Group Leader: This position is for individuals seeking 20-30 hours per week. Individuals need to be 16-18 years old and have prior work experience. Tiger Time Group Leaders are responsible for supervising children as well as leading, organizing, and creating games and activities. Group Leaders help to direct both staff and children at the direction of senior staff. Tiger Time Group Leaders will be held to our Tiger Time organization standards and policies. 

Tiger Time Senior Group Leader: This position is for individuals seeking 40 hours per week. This is a 12 month position with benefits, paid holidays, and PTO. Tiger Time Senior Group Leaders are responsible for supervising Tiger Time children as well as structuring daily activities, facilitating games and activities, and managing staff as directed by the Tiger Time Coordinator. Other responsibilities will be determined and discussed by Tiger Time Coordinator. Tiger Time Senior Group Leaders will be held to our Tiger Time organization standards and policies.
