PRC-Saltillo -I have also had positive experiences with PRC-Saltillo. This is a merged company that includes products from both PRC and Saltillo.

TouchChat HD with WordPower -one of my favorite apps for phrase and sentence-based communication because it predicts what the user might say next and helps facilitate longer utterances. It is also organized in a way that is easy for most communication partners to learn and easily access vocabulary.
LAMP Words for Life -LAMP stands for Language Acquisition through Motor Planning. This vocabulary is organized with a more consistent motor plan that an AAC user can learn quickly (like learning where keys are on a keyboard).
Speak for Yourself - also uses a consistent motor plan, similar to LAMP WFL
Proloquo2Go - one of the original AAC apps and still very popular
