Within each child is a freedom of creativity and exploration ~ welcome to ART!
I am the art teacher at Bonner, Joy Blewett. Students call me Ms. Joy.
I have a Masters in Education from the University of Minnesota and received my Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
I believe that every child is a creator and artist. We all have ideas and the ability to express ourselves artistically. Just like we learn to write, we can learn to draw. I look forward to teaching students what it means to think like an artist and develop skills as an artist.
Best times to call are between 7:30-8:30 or 2:30-3:30 on school days.
