BASE is an online platform changes the game when it comes to addressing the mental health of students. BASE uses technology to engage students and allow supervising adults the ability to have effective follow-up conversations. As students go through the topics, there is time to stop and process the topics with adults.
Notes:
Log In is located in the upper right corner of the page. K-6 students should select Elementary Log In and 7-12 should select the Middle and High School Course Log In. The courses are geared based on the appropriate grade level.

Calm Harm is an award-winning app developed for teenage mental health charity stem4 by Dr Nihara Krause, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, using the basic principles of an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Calm Harm provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. You can make it private by setting a password, and personalize the app if you track your progress and notice change.

Clear Fear is an app developed for teenage mental health charity stem4 by Dr Nihara Krause, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and uses the evidence-based treatment CBT to focus on learning to reduce the physical responses to threat by learning to breathe, relax and be mindful as well as changing thoughts and behaviors and releasing emotions.
You can personalize the app if you so wish and you will be able to track your progress and notice change.

This site was built in a matter of days on a shared vision. We plan to keep building until things get back to normal.
