Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches are a common find in the world we live in today, but it gets SO dull after a while. Why not change things up a little bit? With all these options, you'll never want to return to eating your typical PB&J.
Peanut Butter and Jelly don't have to be the only two spreads you add, especially when there are so many fantastic contenders, like Nutella, honey, or even cream cheese! It might be hard to add a third spread, but it would be worth the struggle when you taste your improved sandwich.
Adding nuts can help add a delectable crunch when you take the bites off your sandwich. Feel free to get a little creative with the type of nuts you use (it doesn't just have to be peanuts because of peanut butter): almonds, pistachios, walnuts, or cashews.
If you can't have nuts because you're allergic or don't like them, try adding chia seeds or seeds (like sunflower or flax seeds).
There are so many bread choices, but we always stick to the simple white bread. Try sour bread, bagels, bananas, or cinnamon bread for different tastes and qualities.
Fruits help your PB&J sandwiches have an upgrade in the nutrition department, and they actually taste really good with jelly. Add any types of fruits you want, from strawberries to the tropical dragon fruit.
There are many different options for upgrading your PB&J Sandwiches, and there are very few reasons why you shouldn't change up your PB&J Sandwiches.
