Our Week Long Classes
In this week-long class, we will be experimenting with food from different countries each day such as the Philippines, Belgium, Portugal, Aruba, etc.
In this seven-day class, we'll make one or two desserts every day, demonstrating difficult techniques to create different kinds of French cuisine.
For seven days we'll be at this class experimenting with different bread-making techniques and recipes while going deeper into what goes into making bread.
