What we're learning:

4th Grade Language Arts: The Power of W.O.W. reading story, cursive handwriting, new spelling and vocabulary words, writing complete sentences, identifying fragments and run-ons, and writing titles.

5th Grade Language Arts: Double Dutch reading story, cursive handwriting, new spelling and vocabulary words, reviewing nouns and proper nouns, and using commas in sentences. 

6th Grade Language Arts: The ACES Phone reading story, cursive handwriting, new spelling and vocabulary words, recognizing nouns, capitalizing proper nouns, using appositives, and writing titles and quotations. 

Homework:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: Write all words 3 times each (each night), study vocabulary flash cards, read for 20 minutes 

Thursday: write all words in cursive, study vocabulary flash cards, reread weekly story, and study the study guide 

Tests:

Friday: Reading and spelling tests

Monday: STREAM 

Tuesday: Art/Gym

Wednesday: Mrs. Koskar - guidance counselor  

Thursday: Library/AR 

Friday: Mass/Music
