1. From your Dashboard Page, click the "Progress Dashboard" menu located at the Header section of your dashboard.

2. This redirects you to the Progress Dashboard page. In the Report Type, select "Activity Completion Report".
Your Progress Dashboard page should now look like this.
3. From your Progress Dashboard, ensure first that the "Show Filters" tick box is selected. When show filters is unticked, it will hide the other filters of the progress dashboard.
4. Once you've ensured that the "Show Filters" option is selected, go to the the Category filter and select the Course/Qualification you wish to check.
Note: "Category" in the LMS is the Course or Qualification. While "Course" in the LMS refers to the units or subjects of the qualification.
5. Below the Category Filter, in the "Course" filter, enter the first three letters of the unit code and select the unit or subject you wish to check.
Tip: You may choose to filter the report by Category only. If this is selected, the report will generate all of the submissions that requires grading for all of the units included in the selected Category.
6. After selecting the Category and Course, scroll down and go to the "Completion Status" Filter. In the dropdown menu beside it, select "Submitted Awaiting Grading".
Note: In the Completion Status filter, you may also filter the report to "All" which will include not only the submissions for grading, but also Graded but not complete, Not submitted, etc. For more information on the Completion Status option, see How to Use the Progress Dashboard article from eSkilled LMS.
7. Click "Generate Report".
Your page should now look similar to this.
To start marking assessments, click on the student's Task name you wish to mark. This redirects you to the student's submission for the selected Task.
Tip: We recommend opening each student task in a new tab If you need to mark multiple assessments or will have to access other features of the dashboard.
2. In the selected Task page, scroll down and look for the question items to be marked.
Tip: To quickly mark a specific question number, click the question number in the Quiz Navigation block, located on the right side of the page.
3. To mark answers on a specific question, click "Make comment or override mark", located below the student's answers.
4. A new pop up window appear for the question item. Check the student's answers and fill in in the comment box for feedback. Refer to the Marking Guide provided for Assessors in marking the student's answers. Add the grade. Once done, scroll down and click Save.
4. After saving, your markings comments will automatically appear in the task page.
The Quiz Navigation block also shows if a questions has already been graded.
Green means that the student's grade for the question item is Satisfactory
Red means Not Yet Satisfactory
Yellow is Partially Correct
Grey means Not Yet Marked.
5. Repeat Steps 2 to 4 for all items above. Once all questions have been marked, you may click "Finish Review", located at the end of the page or in the Quiz Navigation block, or exit the quiz tab.
Tip: As clicking the "Finish Review" redirects you to the Task page, for easier navigation, we recommend opening each student task in a new tab If you need to mark multiple assessments and keep the Progress Dashboard tab open. In this way, you can always return to the Progress Dashboard after marking the assessments.
