•  Added Assessment Cover Sheet at the end of the unit assessment tasks. 

Description: 

Students will now be required to sign and submit the Assessment Cover Sheet Form which contains the Student Declaration and Acknowledgement, once all of their assessments have been submitted.

Trainers/Assessor will confirm the signed Student Declaration and complete the Assessment Checklist provided in the Marking Guide. This finalises the student's assessments. The trainers will read the Assessor Confirmation and Declaration and sign the form.

The Assessment Cover sheet replaced the Assessor Use Only: Assessment Checklist, and is now included in the course completion conditions.

• Removed Assessor Use Only: Assessment Checklist in course completion requirements and set its grade weight to 0%. Cover Sheet grades of those students who have already completed the course before the addition of this new tasks were updated to 1/Satisfactory.
