You must fill in your absence in TWO places AND add your sub to your GC and Zoom

This is where you request a sub and leave your plans

ESS

This is where you tell SRVUSD what kind of leave you are taking

To file a sub job please follow these steps:

Log in to ESS first to create your absence.

Log in to Smart Find Express (SFE). Access ID: xxxxxxxxxx (Your EIN)

Create a job with the date and time. MV jobs are are now set with 8:20 – 2:45.

Email sub plans to the office manager and sub AND post on Google Classroom

If class is held in Zoom:

Add the designated sub as an alternative host - here is how

If class is held in Google Meet (via Google Classroom):

Add the substitute as a co-teacher to the class - here is how
