How to pass back a test (thx Danielle!)
Click on assign, click on the period you want to see the tests, then under advance settings change "after submission" to keep visible no edits". Then you should change return scores to "when closed" (assuming you put an open and close time on it and assuming you want the kids to see their scores). You can also change "return correct answers" to "when closed" if you want the kids to see what the right answers were. To avoid emails from students, and complaints, I do not release answers and instead make a key with all work shown - to demonstrate what the student had to have as their work and answer to earn credit. Finally, you must click "update and post to google" at the bottom. Kids can then login and see their tests. How to pass back a test (thx Danielle!)

Students need to delete their profile in GoFormative and then log back in using their current google account. It will not remove their classes. If for some reason it does, all they need to do is re-add the class with their class code. They can reach out to their teacher for the class code or look in their Gmail from the beginning of the year, the email may still be there. Also if they are using a personal device, they need to make sure they don't have any other users listed in their google account (included a personal @gmail.) or it will default back to their old account. The easiest way to do that is resync Chrome and clear Cache/Cookies. Students may show as having more classes than they had before because it may show their previous classes from last year. Their previous teachers need to delete them from their roster in order for them to go away but it isn't active so it's not hurting anything.

In the Chrome browser- Click on the 3 dots, scroll down and click on "Privacy and Security'-Click Clear browsing data, make sure 'Cached images and files' is checked, and click 'Clear data' on the lower right-hand side.2. Sync in Google Drive-Select "Sync is on" and then Turn off Sync when it opens in settings-Sign back in with existing account and select GSuite or Work account-Select Link Data-Select "Yes I'm in"
