LOGGING IN:

Two password options

• use ID#123456 (student ID number)

• use the PW you set yourself.

When you login, make sure you are using the beginning of your district email (mv.flastname), and on the second log in, you may need to make sure you don't just hit "enter," but actually hit the "login" button.

If you have issues trying to login, either add or remove the @students.srvusd.net to their username with success.

Don’t give up after your first attempt. Some students couldn’t login initially, but were miraculously able to login when they tried a second time.

SOUND:

If there are any "Sound issues" please double-check that you are using the 'Chrome Browser'

SCREENER:

Some students didn't complete the entire screener (even though they thought that they did). If you didn’t complete the entire screener, you will have to log back into the screener and resume it and finish whichever questions you did not finish the first time.

CHROMEBOOK?

Can’t get on with your chromebook? Is there another device you can use? Some students were able to login on another computer.

If you are using a personal device you can use this link https://srvusd.illuminatehc.com/login and also try in Incognito mode, but you won't be able to select Incognito mode if you are using a district Chromebook.
