Formative Assessment through Digital Tools (Google Forms)
Digital Questionnaire Method
Online Formative Assessment Method
E-Assessment Method
The professor adopted the Questionnaire Method by designing and sharing a Google Form with the students. The form was used to collect responses related to the topic under study. This digital tool facilitated easy distribution, quick access, and automatic recording of responses. The method enabled the professor to gather student feedback/assessments in real time, analyze their level of understanding, and make necessary pedagogical adjustments. It also promoted active participation and ensured inclusivity, as every student was able to respond at their own pace.
Google Forms – for creating and distributing the questionnaire/assessment.
Internet Connectivity – to enable students to access and submit responses.
Devices (Laptop/Smartphone/Tablet) – used by students and professor to interact with the form.
Google Drive – for automatic storage and organization of responses.
Spreadsheets/Analytics Tools – for analyzing the collected data.
Total Responds
The use of Google Forms as part of the Activity-Based Learning Method provided an interactive and engaging platform for students to participate actively in the learning process. Students were able to submit their responses conveniently, which encouraged inclusivity and ensured that every learner had a voice. The instant collection and organization of responses allowed the professor to assess understanding quickly and provide timely feedback. Overall, the integration of digital tools into ALM enhanced student participation, promoted reflective learning, and supported continuous assessment in an efficient and learner-centered manner.
