How is your business different compared to a larger company?

Our company runs on reliable teamwork and communication. We strive to create a comfortable, hardworking business for you and our employees, and being a small business gives us the opportunity to do exactly that!

Where is the farthest you would sell your product?

Our main market at the moment is in Marin, but as we continue on throughout the year, we plan to have a bigger market in California, and can ship products to anywhere that is desired.

How does your business compare to other companies with thousands of people on their team?

As a small business, we may not have as many hands on our product, with that said, we are able to have that close connection with the customer that bigger companies don't have. We are also eliminating room for error by hand-making our products and double checking each one before it reaches you.

Would you ever create more flavors other than mango, strawberry or lavender?

Currently we plan on only producing three flavors, but more flavors will be offered later on. Our goal is to have a wide variety of flavors and product to attract a larger target market and sell more of our product.

We are a group of students in the Marin School of Environment Leadership program at Terra Linda High who are making a sustainable business. How do you dispose of the lip balm tins?

After finished with the product, you can clean and rinse out the tin. If there are left over pieces of hardened wax, simply use warm water to slightly heat the wax, then use a paper towel to wipe out the excess product. This tin can now be used for place in the recycling.
