    • To be fully cleared, student-athletes will need a SportsNet packet, Physical, and concussion test (concussion testing for Fall Sports: Football, Girls Flag Football, and Volleyball)

    3. Concussion (Winter Sports: Basketball, Soccer, & Wrestling)

       • • Baseline Test (good for 2 years)

         • Concussion Education (needs to be completed every school year)

Concussion Testing and Education 

• FALL 2026 CONCUSSION TESTING - ALL TESTING TO BE HELD IN ROOM A13 NEAR THE QUAD

• ATHLETES PARTICIPATING IN FLAG FOOTBALL, VOLLEYBALL, AND FOOTBALL MUST ATTEND
