"Best Day of My Life" - by American Authors

Virtual Choir

Back in 2009, American composer and director Erik Whitacre launched this version of his song "Lux Arumque" as a virtual choir performance. 185 singers from 12 different countries recorded themselves singing this beautiful song, sent their videos in, and after some incredible editing, this is the final result.

Lux Aurumque ("Light and Gold", sometimes "Light of Gold") is a choral composition in one movement by Eric Whitacre. It is a Christmas piece based on a Latin poem of the same name, which translates as "Light, warm and heavy as pure gold, and the angels sing softly to the new born babe"

Pentatonix: The Sound of Silence

We have enjoyed listening to the beautiful sound of harmony from the American vocal ensemble "Pentatonix". Enjoy their version of "The Sound of Silence".

Let's write a song!

Watch this 7th Grader perform her own composition "All Day Long" - the Corona Virus song. It has inspired me to start writing a song... how about you?
