Dear Parents,

     What a difference a day makes.  I am sure we are back to school tomorrow. I wasn’t sure this morning, but I think there was enough melting. This snow was easier to shovel, and cleaning off the car was easier, too. I hope the children enjoyed the snow day!  

    This week, there are some things to finish from last week. We have 2 specials tomorrow. We will use the day to finish chapters in Math, Religion, and Wonders.

Plan for the Week

Religion - review Chapter 16 and test on Wednesday. New Chapter starts on Thursday

Math - finish Chapter 4

Wonders - finish Unit 3 Week 3 (Folktales)  and begin Week 4 Essential Question - How is life different than it was long ago? Genre Focus: Informational test. High Frequency Words: ago, boy, girl, how, old, people

Stories: “Life at Home”, Long Ago and Now”

Fundations - continue Unit 9

Spelling- I will introduce the words this week, but will not test until next week.
