Please check your school email!!!! Notices were sent out on Friday May 2nd that contained a list of textbooks that each of you currently have checked out. Seniors, all obligations (late materials) must be cleared by May 19th in order to pick up your cap and gown on the 21st. Current textbooks are due at noon on June 4th (10:00 am for Seniors). If you have any questions, please see Ms. Luna or Ms. Hernandez in the library.
AP Exams continue this week.
There will be classroom lists on the outside library doors for the AP exams given that particular day with your student ID # letting you know what classroom to report too.
Please arrive no later than 7:45am for morning exams. Find your testing room and plan to be seated by 8:00am
Please arrive a little before noon for afternoon exams. Some afternoon exams will not start until 12:30pm. This allows students who are taking both a morning exam and an afternoon exam a little more time in between AP exams.
Water bottles and snacks are allowed but not at your desk. They will be in a corner of the classroom and you will only have access to them during a 10 min break.
Please make sure to bring your fully charged school owned Chromebook. No personal devices will be allowed for exams.
It is very important that you know your College Board login for the Bluebook App. This App is used for most of the exams this year. The Bluebook App does not store passwords, so write your login info down or memorize it. You will not be able to reset your password on the day of the exam.
The AP Chinese, AP Spanish or AP French exams are the only AP exams that do not use the Bluebook app. They use their own App, which is already installed on your Chromebook. We will provide you with a headset to use during these exams, do not bring your own.
Good luck on your AP Exams
If you are not taking any AP exams but your classroom is being used for an AP exam - there will be a sign on your classroom door letting you know what displacement classroom to go to.
