Hello Santa Paula Community!
My name is Brittany Vientos, and I am the Wellness Center Counselor at Santa Paula High School. I have been at Santa Paula High School for 6 years now and am excited to grow awareness of all the Wellness Center (The Nest) has to offer.
The Nest is a safe space where students can take a break, speak with a trusted adult, learn about the importance of mental health, and access support and resources when they need them. My goal is to create a space where students feel comfortable, heard, supported, and reminded that they don’t have to navigate challenges on their own.
I believe that supporting our students starts with listening, showing them that we care, and helping them build the tools they need to work through challenges to reach their goals. I’m looking forward to sharing The Nest with our students, staff, and community, making it a positive space for wellness and connection on our campus.

Hello,
My name is Eva Hernandez and I am the school counselor at Barbara Webster Elementary. I am excited to host Barbara Webster's first Wellness Center. I am excited to share this space with all our students and staff. I have worked at Barbara Webster for 8 years. My goal is to invite our students to visit this space of tranquility, relaxation and wellness.
The Wellness Center, otherwise known as The Web is a safe and comfortable place for students to come learn about the importance of mental health, but most of all is a safe place to share their feelings, concerns, and to find the resources they need for themselves and their families. I look forward to meeting all of you and to sharing this wonderful new space on our campus.

Hello! My name is Raul Perez and I am pleased to be your wellness center coordinator this school year. I am entering my 17th school year with the Santa Paula Unified School District. I had the pleasure to work at Isbell my first two years and the rest of my time has been spent at Blanchard Elementary. I love working at Blanchard as the school counselor, and will always be there to support the students and families.
The wellness center, otherwise known as Bernie’s Den is a safe space for students to achieve the goal of emotional regulation. This room is a dedicated space in which a student can come to take a break, practice self-care, develop healthy coping habits, find resources, and then return to class to continue their learning. I look forward to meeting you, and working on making sure you have a successful academic school year.
