I am Kaihan Hamakarim, a Lecturer at the Technical College of Applied Sciences Halabja, Sulaimani Polytechnic University. I hold an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Science from University of Huddersfield and a B.Sc. in Food Industries from University of Sulaimani Polytechnic University. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I specialize in Nutrition, Food Processing, and Cheese and Dairy fermentation. My research focuses on the Estimation of the element and phytic acid in the rice and bread, and determination of element and oils in chips and stunting in preschool children.
