Booking: Students, parents, or staff can book the Bodhi Room for individual or group sessions through the Centre's website or by visiting the front desk.
Usage: The room can be used for meditation, mindfulness exercises, or silent reading. Usage is limited to one hour per session, and the room should be kept clean and peaceful.
Etiquette: Silence must be maintained at all times. Participants ( other than students) are encouraged to wear comfortable, respectful attire and avoid using mobile phones or other devices.
Schedule: The Bodhi Room will be available from 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, with special sessions (on request) organized on weekends.
