For a quick summary of the Men's game (Field), simple rules goes as follows. There are two teams each having 10 players on the feild at a time. You can switch players during play if they leave and enter through the substitution box. You are allowed a max of 6 offensive players and 7 defensive players on their respective side of the felid (switches at halftime). For more infomation consult the USA Lacrosse rulebook.
The Objective: Put the ball into the other teams goal as many times as possible. the team with the most goals wins.
Pro advice to ew players: Speed Kills. If you are fast then it makes playing much easier. lacorsse is a game of speed on top of skill.
