Math III
Course Overview
This college preparatory course is the second year of a three-year sequence. Students will explore mathematical concepts through in-depth real-life applications. An integrated approach is used throughout the units of study in order for students to explore mathematical connections. Units of study will include a review of foundational geometry, transformations, quadrilaterals, proportions and similarity, trigonometry, and surface area and volume of solids. This course will address essential learning targets in the following graduation standards: Geometry.
