If your teacher has told you they sent an email to you but you don't see it in your email Inbox, please check your Spam folder in the Gmail app.
Step 1 - Find the missing email
Open your Gmail app.
Click on the "Spam" folder
Step 2 - Move the email to your email Inbox
Always check to see that the person you received the message from is someone you know or that is not a suspicious email address.
Once you have verified that you know the sender, click the box that says "Looks safe"Â or "Report not spam". The message you receive will depend on which device/app you are using.
Check the email in your "Inbox" to read, respond or download any further information.
