Tuesday, September 2: Math: Workbook p. 5 "Make 10 to Add" (Copied on paper); ILA (SPELLING): Complete ONE activity page in the Unit 1, Lessons 11-15 Spelling HW packet. Spelling test is on Friday, September 5.
Wednesday, September 3: Math: Workbook p. 6 "Doubles Facts" (Copied on paper); ILA (SPELLING): Complete a SECOND activity page in the Unit 1, Lessons 11-15 Spelling HW packet. Spelling test in on Friday, September 5.
Monday, August 25: Math: Workbook p. 1 (Copied onto white paper) "Addition Concepts". Students will also have their first "practice" timed math fact test tomorrow morning (plus 0).
Reading: Read your favorite book for about 10-15 minutes. You may read to your parents, your siblings, or even your stuffies.
Tuesday, August 26: Math: Extra Information Problem Solving Worksheet; ILA: Reread "The Campsite" to an adult (we read this in class today)--half sheet of paper.

Thursday, August 28: Math: Copy of Workbook p. 3 (Count on to Add); ILA: Reread "The Bone Man" to an adult (we read this in class today).
Wednesday, August 20: All About Me Bags are due on Thursday morning. Please see the instruction sheet that your child will be bringing home in their yellow folders. One other note: Please do not bring anything that is (or once was) alive.
*Students should be bringing home their Math Facts Packets this week. Begin studying those basic math facts! We will start having timed addition tests next week.
There will be NO WRITTEN HOMEWORK this week (8/20-8/22).
