Education:

I am a St. Patrick School alumni and Trinity High School alumni.

I graduated from St. Bonaventure University earning a BS degree in Elementary/Early Childhood Education and an MS degree in Advanced Inclusive Processes

Our Classroom:

Our classroom is very colorful. 

We have many different books to read.

Our classroom has a wonderful prayer area and a crucifix on the wall for prayer everyday.

We have a Smart Board and technology for each child to use to enrich classroom learning.

We also have lockers that we share.

Finally, we have many different resources/manipulatives that will help us in our learning every day.

Fun Facts:

I am of Irish decent and a very small part Native American. I am very proud of both.  I am a mixture of others things as well, but mostly Irish.  I love Celtic design and culture, as well as Native American art and culture.

I am a huge animal lover.

Favorite Animals: Wolves and Deer

Favorite Flowers: Sunflowers, Carnations, Roses, Chrysanthemum

Favorite Baseball Teams: Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers

Favorite Football Teams: Green Bay Packers and Texas Longhorns (College)

Favorite Foods: Bagels, Pizza, pickles, cheeseburgers, chips, chocolate chip cookies, the list could go on :)

Favorite Restaurants: North Hanover Grill, Market Cross, Redd's, TJ Rockwell's, Taco Bell, Crumbl Cookies, Jersey Mikes, and pretty much any pizza place or diner really :)

Favorite Candy: Chocolate covered pretzels, Sea Salt Caramels, Fruit Chews, gummies, Reese's, Peanut Brittle, anything with Dark Chocolate

Favorite Movies: (There are too many to name but here are a few) Memphis Belle, The Sandlot, A League of Their Own, Homeward Bound, Chronicles of Narnia Series, The Hunger Games, and Captain America/Avengers 

Favorite Books/Authors: (Again, there are too many to name but here are a few) Jane Austen, The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society, The False Prince Series, and The Hunger Games Series (young adult series)

Favorite Superhero: My favorite Marvel Superhero is Captain America (I like many of the Marvel and DC Super Heroes).

I like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! (Raphael is my favorite)

I am also a fan of Snoopy and the Peanuts characters.

When I went to school at St. Pats I played basketball and soccer for the school.  I also played little league baseball in the Carlisle community league.  My team name was the Carlisle Cement.

While at Trinity High School I was one of the founding members of the softball program that is currently in place at THS.  I was the catcher on the team and I also played slow-pitch softball for the community league in Carlisle.

I am now part of the St. Patrick's Church Softball team. I am also a coach for the Girls on the Run Program at St. Patrick School.

I was a Girl Scout at St. Pats from Daisies to Senior Scouts for about 13 or 14 years.

I was born in Fort Hood, Texas and I am very proud of that.  I hope to travel there someday so I can experience it as an adult. I don't remember much from my first two years of life. :)

Family:

I have 1 older sister, 1 younger sister, and 2 younger brothers.

My mother was the Pre-K aide here at St. Pats, but she retired in 2024.

My father was in the US Army.  He is now retired as of 2025. He is a shotput coach with the track programs at St. Pats and Trinity High School.

I have a niece and three nephews who live in Kentucky. One nephew in heaven.

I have two nephews and a niece who live in New Jersey with another on the way. 

I also have a nephew and two nieces who live in Johnstown, PA.

So a grand total of 11 almost 12 nieces and nephews so far! :)

My dream trip came true when I went to Ireland in the summer of 2014.  My new dream is to go again! I would also love to go to Scotland and/or Universal Studios!
