Careers Team

Amy Bugdale is our Level 6 Qualified Careers Lead. Amy is responsible for the schools programme of career advice and guidance. This includes planning and implementing the school’s career programme, networking with external partners and coordinating the provision of careers information across the curriculum. Amy also runs group sessions for students and a number of parent engagement workshops.   

Nicky Rallison is a Level 6 Qualified Careers Adviser from Beacon East. Nicky is in school on a Tuesday and Thursday in the Careers Room, WS13. 

Nicky spends much of her time in school providing one-to-one impartial Careers Guidance to students from Years 9 to 13 as well as assemblies and group work for students on related topics. Nicky also helps the school to track and identify students who need further input.  

Sara Hardman is our Employer Engagement and Work Experience Coordinator. Sara is in school on a Tuesday and Thursday in the Careers Room, WS13.

Sara works mainly with students in YR10 & YR12 to support them with finding and securing placements for Work experience. She also processes all of the legally required documentation that surrounds the WEX programme.
