The Sprout Parking Policy applies to all workers, regardless of rank or status.
Sprout's Parking Policy outlines provisions for employees and visitors. We ‘ll explain our criteria for allocating parking space and establish rules for using our parking premises.
The speed limit on Draper lane is 25 MPH, however, slower speeds should be used due to narrowing roads and conditions.
It is prohibited to:
Litter on company grounds. *All trash should be disposed of in labeled dumpsters or garbage cans.
Deface, Vandalize, or otherwise harm others’ property; including buildings, cars, machinery, etc.
Speed and/or drive carelessly on company grounds.
Conduct vehicle maintenance on company grounds. *Unless vehicle will not start.
Park in clearly labeled parking spots for other companies.
Park within areas of red zones (red curbs)
Block any public/private driveway.
Park in a way that blocks the front or back entrances of any buisness, home, or electrical grid within the vicinity.
Obstruct loading/unloading docks for any company.
If a vehicle is left unattended for more than 2 weeks, it may be towed and the vehicle’s owner will have to pay storage and removal fees. Sprout will not assume any liability for theft, vandalism, fire or damage regarding an employees’ vehicle.
Failure to adhere to the Sprout Parking Policy may lead to Disciplinary Action.
