Founded in 2010, Sprouts mission has been to equip parents with resources that foster curiosity, creativity, and resilience for their children. Our furniture designs allow parents to provide their children with numerous possibilities for growth and exploration, while also providing parents simple ways to store and organize the tools of creativity. We use easy to clean materials, making it simple to recover from the chaos of experimentation, so kids can start the process again. We build safe and sturdy kid’s furniture that will last your family throughout generations of important years.

By Selecting & continuing to the employee handbook below, I acknowledge that I have received access to the online Employee Handbook for Sprout, which contains important information on the company’s policies, procedures, benefits, etc., including Equal Employment Opportunity, Confidentiality, Code of Conduct, etc. I have read (or will read) the Employee Handbook and I acknowledge my responsibility to conduct myself in accordance with the rules, policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
I understand and agree that the policies described in the Employee Handbook are intended only as a guide and do not constitute a contract of employment. I acknowledge that the employment relationship between me and Sprout is “at-will” and can be terminated by the company or by me at any time, with or without cause or notice. Furthermore, Sprout has the right to modify or alter my position at any time. Nothing in this Employee Handbook is intended to modify Sprout’s policy of at-will employment. I acknowledge that the at-will relationship may not be modified except by a specific written agreement signed by me and the Owner of Sprout.
I also understand that Sprout reserves the right to make changes to its policies, procedures, or benefits at any time, in its sole discretion. However, the at-will employment agreement can be modified only in the manner specified above.
