MASTER CHIEF NAVY CAREER COUNSELOR CAREER RECRUITING FORCE (SURFACE WARFARE) MARK A. CLARKE, UNITED STATES NAVY
Master Chief Clarke is a native of Galveston, Texas and a graduate of Ball High School. He joined the Navy in September of 1990. Following his training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, he attended Hull Maintenance Technician Class “A” school. He joined the Spring NJROTC team in 2018.

ARTHUR L. FELIX, UNITED STATES NAVY
Senior Chief Felix is a native of Houston, Texas and a graduate of Sharpstown High School. He joined the Navy in October of 1995. Following his training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois, he attended Storekeeper “A” school. He joined the Spring NJROTC team in 2019.

MARTIN J. HORNER, UNITED STATES NAVY
Chief Horner was born and raised in Wenatchee Washington, and went to Eastmont High School. He joined the Navy on June 14th 1988. Following his training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes, Illinois, he attended Mess Management “A” School in San Diego, Ca. He converted to the Career Recruiting Force in April 2000 and became a Navy Counselor. He joined the Spring NJROTC team in 2012.

BRIAN K. TALLETTE, UNITED STATES NAVY
AIR WARFARE, EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE, INFORMATION DOMINANCE WARFARE, SURFACE WARFARE
Naval Science Instructor Chief Brian Tallette is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a graduate of John Ehret High School. Chief Tallette served honorably for 24 years in the U.S. Navy as a Mass Communications Specialist from 1991-2015. He joined the Spring NJROTC team in 2019.

GUNNERY SERGEANT
CHAD M. WILLIAMS
UNITED STATES MARINE CORPS
Gunnery Sergeant Williams of New Iberia, Louisiana enlisted into the U. S. Marine Corps on November 18, 1996 after attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He graduated boot camp from MCRD San Diego on February 14, 1997. He joined the Spring NJROTC team in 2019.
