All students must complete these forms to participate in choir activities.

To streamline communication and reduce emails and texts, we'll be using a mobile application called BAND. BAND gives us a safe and easy way to share everything related to our choir in one place. Download the BAND app from the Appstore/Playstore on your phone and complete the signup process. Then scan the QR code to join our group.
