Take the steps below to craft a comprehensive application using the steps:
Review the website and career information to see if you want to pull an application together for the current roles listed, as well as potential roles the agency might have. Note what the job descriptions require regarding experience, education, knowledge/skills.
Create an account using your personal email account and save your log-in and password information.
You will need to use your resume as a guide to ensure you input your skills, work, and volunteer experience into each application you submit.
Complete the demographic information, education, and employment experience.
Be sure to list your experiences and leadership roles that may demonstrate skills and aptitude for completing tasks successfully.
The application may ask for references or supervisors/adults (non-family members) who can vouch for you if called upon. Typically you will need their full name, email address, phone number, and the relationship (i.e. how you know the person).
Attachments may be requested so have them handy and ready. You may have to upload a cover letter, resume, or a transcript.
Once you finish your application read over, review for errors, typos, or omissions.
Submit your application.
