Amaqhawekazi

Amaqhawekazi are heroines, women who come together for change. Girls are invited to join us for an evening of community and culture as they are entertained by varied Springfield groups including the marimbas band, Ubuntu Choir and Glee Club, and individuals performing poetry and drama monologues.

The event will be held in the Centenary Hall from 5-8 pm on the 13th of February. Food and cold drinks can be purchased from the tuck shop. Dress is school uniform. Girls will need to be collected at 8pm.

All Xhosa students and members of the Ubuntu society are expected to attend so need not sign up. All others can sign up on the list on the board outside Room 3.
