Are there any subject pre-requisites?
We also offer Fundamentals of Mathematics and Fundamentals of English classes. These courses are not mandatory and are not pre-requisites for enrollment in our CSEC Programme. However, they are strongly recommended for students who may lack a solid foundation in Mathematics or English, feel uncertain about their abilities in the subject, have not attempted the CSEC examination within the past four years, or previously obtained a grade lower than Grade 4.
These preparatory courses are designed to strengthen core skills and build students’ confidence, thereby better preparing them for the more demanding CSEC classes.
Students may still enroll directly in the CSEC courses as usual should they not want to attend the Fundamentals courses.
