TX Association of Future Educators (TAFE)
Do you enjoy working with children? Are you interested in a future career in education? Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE) is the organization for you! TAFE is open to 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students who are interested in exploring the teaching profession.
There are a couple of ways to get involved. One way is through the Future Teachers classes (Principles of Education & Training, Human Growth and Development, Instructional Practices, and Practicum in Education), and another way is through club events outside of class or occasionally during Spartan Time.
TAFE members have an opportunity to compete in competitions, develop leadership skills and make new friends.
