  •  If your child is absent please call the office in the morning to report him/her absent and provide a reason for the absence.

  • A  note must be sent in on the day of his/her return. The note should explain the reason for the absence and the date(s).

  • A doctor's note is required for an absence of 3 or more days.

  • If your child needs to leave school early for any reason or leave for a short period of time during the day, please send in a note.

• Class

  • If a student is absent, it is their responsibility to review Google Classroom for any missed assignments.

  • Assignments will not be provided in advance for vacations or extended absences.

• When it is your child's birthday, you may send in a small treat for them to share with the class on their special day. There are 28 children in our class.  

• They are also permitted to dress down that day. 

• If you child's birthday is on a Saturday or Sunday they may dress down on the following Monday.

• Summer birthdays will choose a date to celebrate during the school year if they choose. 

All cell phones are to be placed in the cell phone holder next to Mrs. Kelly's Desk.  Smart watches should not be worn to school or taken off when your child arrives at school and stored in his/her backpack.

If your child is going home a different way than normal(ie going with a friend in car line or walking home with a friend, please remember to send a blue note to school.
