This Open Educational Resource (OER) was developed as a part of the OER Fellowship program at Touro. It brings together applied frameworks, creative practice, and real student work to support the responsible and effective use of AI in UX/UI, brand design, and digital innovation. This site features a curated Student Gallery highlighting AI-driven projects and prompt experimentation, alongside practical guides for data preparation, training creative generative platforms, and building structured prompt libraries. The goal is to continue adding to these resources to form an iteration toolkit designed to help students and practitioners develop brand-aligned, scalable, and ethically grounded AI systems that evolve with real-world use. Touro AI Gallery: Training Brand-Aligned LLMs & Prompt Systems

The Touro AI Gallery is a living showcase and applied learning environment focused on the development of brand-aligned large language models (LLMs), prompt systems, and AI-driven creative and UX/UI experiences. Designed as both a gallery and an educational resource, the site brings together graduate student work, applied AI methodologies, and industry best practices to demonstrate how AI systems can be intentionally trained to reflect brand voice, design integrity, ethical governance, and strategic intent.

The Gallery highlights creative and technical projects developed by students in the Touro University Graduate School of Technology (GST), showcasing work across generative design, UX/UI, storytelling, multimodal AI, and brand intelligence systems. Each project is paired with instructional context—prompt frameworks, iteration practices, and evaluation methods—so the work functions not only as inspiration, but as a replicable learning model.

This Educational and Gallery Studio was developed by Dr. Rosemary G. Fitzgerald as part of Touro University’s Open Educational Resources (OER) initiative through the Open Touro Fellowship. The resource is intended to support students, educators, and practitioners by sharing practical frameworks for training LLMs, developing prompt libraries, governing creative AI systems, and applying AI responsibly within brand and experience design contexts.

The Touro AI Gallery is designed to prepare students, educators, and practitioners to lead in an AI-driven future with clarity, confidence, and creative intelligence.

AI HIGHLIGHTS - STUDENT AND PROFESSOR PRODUCTIONS

Presenting exciting highlights from Touro's AI Innovators combining creativity, UX thinking, motion design, and GenAI fluency. They focused on developing AI Assets that will demonstrate their AI Technology prowess and leadership for roles hiring managers now seek for positions including AI Art Director, Multimodal Designer, UX Motion Specialist, Brand Systems Architect and Innovation Prototype Designer. From new brands and products, to storyboards, characters and images and video assets to demostrate their ability to conceptualize, design, and then execute the final deliverables.

It captures how imagination, travel, and inner reflection can transform identity but able to also manifest in a life you want to create and live.
