Completion Bonus Updates

COMPLETION BONUS

Employees who complete their seasonal assignments with JSSCo in good standing are eligible to receive a special completion bonus. This is Jones School Supply’s way of saying THANK YOU for your commitment to their customers throughout the Spring season!

How it Works: You earn Bonus Credits based on your total time worked from March 23rd – May 23rd, 2026.

The Formula: You earn 1 Bonus Credit for every clock-hour worked.

The Value: At the end of the program, each Credit is worth $1.00.

No Multipliers: Because this is a credit-based reward and not an hourly wage, the credit value remains a flat $1.00 per hour for all hours worked (including those worked over 40 in a week).

Example: If you work a total of 440 hours (including overtime) during this period, you will have earned 440 Bonus Credits, resulting in a $440.00 lump-sum bonus.

Important Eligibility Note: The bonus will only be paid if you complete the assignment in good standing through the end of your last scheduled day. If your assignment is terminated for attendance or any other reason prior to the end of the program period, you will not be eligible to redeem your credits for the bonus.

Please note that all bonuses are considered non-discretionary under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and are subject to applicable federal and state taxes, as well as overtime rules for the week in which they are paid.
