4/10: Staying Up-to-Date with Your Weekly Schedules!

Hi Team,

Just a friendly reminder to everyone that our work schedules will be changing on a weekly basis to best meet the needs of our operations. To ensure you're always in the know, please make it a habit to check the updated schedule each Friday evening or over the weekend. This will give you plenty of notice for the upcoming week.

Also, a quick note regarding weekend work: We'll be starting weekend operations this Saturday, April 12th. Our goal is to complete all necessary tasks during the regular work week. Therefore, if we are able to meet our targets by the end of the day on Friday, you may not be required to work on Saturday. Your proactive efforts during the week will directly contribute to this!

We appreciate your flexibility and your commitment to staying informed. Your cooperation in checking your schedules regularly helps ensure smooth operations for everyone.

3/20: Friendly Reminder: Smoking Policy & Designated Area

Hi Team,

We've noticed a few instances of smoking outside the designated smoking area and cigarette butts being disposed of in indoor trash cans. This is a friendly reminder to please adhere to our company's smoking policy.

Key Reminders:

• Designated Smoking Area: Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor smoking area. Please refrain from smoking near building entrances or other non-designated locations.

• Proper Disposal: Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the provided receptacles in the designated smoking area. Please do not dispose of them in indoor trash cans, as this creates unpleasant odors and potential fire hazards.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.
