New Installations & Equipment Change-Outs
Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. is an authorized dealer of Trane, Ruud, and Goodman equipment, but we will install any make or model that the customer chooses. Rates for new installations and system replacements must be determined by an on-site estimate. Estimates for installations are free. Once a technician has visited the job site to estimate the cost of the new installation or replacement, a quote will be calculated and delivered to the customer. In order to assure that the work is completed for the said price, we ask that you please contact us to begin the work within thirty days of the quote. All labor on installations and replacements is guaranteed by our company for one year; this warranty is separate from any additional warranties provided by the manufacturer, which will also be recognized by Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc.

We also take pride in the knowledge of our service technicians who will do anything and everything in their power to make repairs to your existing system. Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. is dedicated to creating honest and open relationships with our customers, and our technicians will be honest and open with you about the condition of your unit. We are not in the business of replacing systems that can be repaired at an affordable cost.
Per request, Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. now offers service contracts. For an annual rate, our service technicians will come out to your place of residence or business and service your system(s).
