Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. has been meeting the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs of over fifty North Carolina cities and towns since its opening in 1993. President Kim Morris Spearman founded the company after contributing to another, prominent heating and air conditioning company for a number of years and earning his North and South Carolina HVAC Licenses. With more than fifteen years of experience under his belt at the time, Spearman set out to open his own HVAC business which would prize honesty and respect. Spearman’s main goal was to provide quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to the Piedmont of North and South Carolina at the lowest possible costs. Ten years later, with more than twenty-five years of experience, Kim Spearman still believes that this important goal and his company’s dedication to honesty and respect are the reasons that Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. has been and will continue to be successful.

Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. is a family owned and operated business which believes that the most important aspect of running a business is keeping costs as low as possible. In order to keep prices low, Spearman Heat and Cooling, Inc. keeps all advertisement and promotional costs at a minimum. We are also in the process of converting many of our customer accounts to an entirely paperless system, which will help to keep our costs the same while other HVAC companies’ prices are soaring.
