What should I do if I miss a class?

For each class that you miss of mine you will need to do 45 minutes of physical activity. Those 45 minutes have to be outside of school activities and/or extra curriculars. Once you have completed the 45 minutes you need to log that time on a piece of paper. After you have logged the activity, you need a parent and/or guardian signature to verify that you have done the physical activity that you have logged on the piece of paper.  

3 Things needed for a make up :

1. Participate in 45 minutes of physical activity that is done outside of school time 

2. Time log on a piece of paper that shows what you did and for how long (PRINT FORM BELOW)

3. Parent/Guardian signature to verify the time that I have logged on my time log
